Prime Minister Hon. John Briceño says that, after the reinstatement of the full salaries of government workers, who had been subjected to a 10% pay cut, the reinstatement of the allowances that CEOs had been receiving before May 2020 is timely. Public officers beg to differ.

Government’s monthly subvention to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital is close to two and a half million dollars. Almost one hundred percent of those funds go directly towards covering the hospital’s wage bill, according to C.E.O. Chandra Cansino.
